Refunds

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

Exchanges allowed in person for local purchases for any reason.  Defects in wood due to appearance (i.e. knot holes fell out, shoe prints, bowed or curved wood, discoloration, or if you want to exchange for a different color.  Exchanges are gladly accepted as long as the wood in still in good condition, not cut, not glued or nailed.
