Pallet walls are popular, but the labor involved in collecting and breaking down the pallets is exhausting. Here at SLC Pallet Walls we remove half the labor by cutting down the pallets, staining/aging the boards, so they are ready to install on your wall. We provide 15 colors of natural color tones ranging from browns to grays, along with color painted boards. This allows many color combinations or choose from our selected color blends to create your unique wood feature wall.
Rustic pallet walls can give any room that classic look of sturdy wood that’s lasted the test of time and has developed its own character through natural aging. At SLC Pallet Walls, we wanted to offer a superior-quality product that would bring this treasured look to as many people as possible. Our roots are in Salt Lake City, so we wanted to create a product that reflected the rich history of the area and of the times when things were built to last and stand the test of time. Our reclaimed pallet wood walls have all the character and look of beautiful rustic wood yet are sturdy and brand new. We also feature a similar design style with our sliding barn door line of products. How much does it cost?

How do I find out how many sqft I need?
Measure your wall length(ft) x width(ft) = total sqft
***Note: Add 5%-10% to account for cuts, similar to ordering flooring***
How much do you have on hand? Or do I need to order and wait?
We have plenty of stock on hand, usually over 1000sqft to choose from at all times. No job too big or too small. Custom orders welcome, but not necessary.
Is there a minimum order?
No, any size order is welcome. Orders through the website are sold in 10 sqft bundles.
Can I come and look anytime?
We are open from 9am-9pm on weekdays and most anytime on the weekends. Please text or call before heading over. Thanks for your consideration.
What colors do you have available?
We have 16 different colors, 11 natural tones and 5 color painted boards to choose from. From natural light browns, to medium dark browns, light greys, to dark greys.
Do you have color washed boards available?
Yes. We have white, gray, turquoise, blue, and barn red.
***Note: I do suggest only using 1 or 2 color washed board per every 10sqft***
What sizes do the boards usually come in?
Pallet boards widths range from 1×4’s and 1×6’s with varying lengths ranging from 30″ to 38″ and thicknesses vary from 1/4″-5/8″.
***Note: The varying thicknesses give a great 3-dimensional look to your wall.***
How do I find out how many sqft I need?
Measure length(ft) x width(ft) = sqft
***Note: Add 5%-10% to account for cuts, similar to ordering flooring***
Is it ready to hang on my wall?
Yes. All the hard work has been done for you. All boards are pre-stained/aged (all six sides) and ready to hang.
What kind of projects can I use it for?
Pallet walls mostly but some people like to do other craft projects with it.
How do I install the pallet boards?
They are easy to install, just use (3) quarter sized buttons of construction adhesive like PowerGrab on the back of the board, then use a brad nailer with compressor to shoot in 3 or 4 nails per board. The nails hold the board until the glue dries and the glue is what holds the boards to the wall.
What if I don’t have a pin nailer and compressor?
Still use (3) quarter sized buttons of Loctite PowerGrab on the back of each board, then place random screws throughout the pallet wall (every couple of rows), into studs behind drywall (preferred). Once the glue dries, you can remove the screws or leave them in. These screws help hold up the wall until the glue dries hard.
Do I need a truck to pick it up?
Not necessarily, most trunks/backseats of sedans or crossover SUV’s usually have plenty of space.
Do you have plastic to protect my vehicle?
Yes, I have free plastic to protect their vehicle interiors

Do you deliver?
Yes, depending on where you need it delivered, there will be a delivery charge. Delivery charges start at $50. It is also required that you pick out the wood prior to delivery.
How do I pay?
Venmo, Paypal, cash or credit card (cards have a 4% fee).
What if I don’t like the boards I picked out?
I guarantee all of my boards, please bring them back for exchange of new boards. You may exchange any boards, for any reason for a 1-for-1 trade.

Can I return them for my money back?
No sorry, all sales are final. I only offer to exchange boards for any reason. For online orders, if you’d like to exchange the wood, you’ll need to cover shipping both ways.
Is this barn wood?
No, sadly it’s not barn wood. Barn wood is expensive, hard to come by, inconsistent and hard to replicate or match. However, pallet wood is a very affordable alternative similar to barn wood. With pallet wood, this wood is upcycled, reclaimed, and reused prevent it from going to the landfill. Every board is unique and ready to create your feature wall or wood wall project.
